Hydrating Green Smoothie with Coconut Water by Honeysuckle Catering

The summer heat, mixed with long days of summer intensives can take its toll. We've been looking for something to keep us hydrated and energized through the summer, so we reached out to Dzung at Honeysuckle Catering to see if she had any recipe ideas, and her Green Smoothie with Coconut Water is perfect! Video and Recipe below! 



- ½ cup of coconut water
- 1-2 cups of spinach
- ½ cup of frozen strawberries 
- ½ cup of frozen mangoes
- ½ a med size banana 

Now add everything to a blender and give it a whirl until it's smooth and creamy. Now pour it out in a glass or two and enjoy!
